For Saturday April 30, 2022
Three
smaller spot groups are now on the Suns Earthwards face. Seeing
was still plagued by strong winds and way too much forest fire
smoke. |

LIGHT:
Lets start
with a two part composite of the full disk span with the AR152
stopped to 4 inches, a Baader Contiuum filter, and Herchel wedge.
Now we
insert the 5x Televue powermate for some close ups of the three
main spots. Granulation was fleeting!
Finally,
some Calcium K shots in near UV. seeing always bad in UV, but
we have some interesting details!
