Sun in CaK Light With Explore Scientific AR152 Refractor + Lunt CaK filter Uploaded 3/4/23 Daily Report For Saturday March 4th, 2023
 Sunspot activity is still very high, and today we have several active regions which have been recently flaring to image in calcium light.

 Calcium K LIGHT:

This set of images was taken with our Explore Scientific AR152 refractor, with the six inch aperture stopped down to 4 inches, and a 1.5x barlow in the path before the filter to achieve f/12. Seeing was terrible, about 1.5/5 due to a passing storm front and a sky full of dense cirrus clouds. Each image is a stack of 12 frames from a set of 1600 frames.
