This comet recently had a major outburst increasing in brightness over six magnitudes and now sports a short stubb tail seen here pointing upward. You can see in the hour long exposure the comet moved a significant amount, and since the shot is tracked on the comet, the stars appear as short trails. A bright yellow star is at upper left. The comet is starting to fade now, but with comets you never can be sure!
