Comet 3I Atlas - Interstellar Comet
in the Morning sky
11/29/25

This fast moving comet is starting to fade out as it has allready passed as close as its going to get, which was not very close anyway. Despite a valliant effort to boost the blue gas tail by shooting 45m of blue luminance data, it was barely recorded. The left tail is the anti tail and is ruddy colored. On the right side is the super faint and diffuse gas tail, just hinting at its blue sheen. Unless some major outgassing occurs, this is probably my last shot of this interstellar visitor from another star system.
