Comet 156P/Russell-Linear pases Galaxy M33
in the evening sky

A
stunning scene when a colorful 11th magntude comet passes such
a beautiful deep sky object in the night sky. Last night was
such an event, Comet 156P with its teal colored coma made a close
approach to the face on spiral galaxy M33 in Triangulum. This
is a two part panorama with the 10 inch f/3.9 and a total of
3 hours integration time for the entire set. |
