Comet 10P Tempel 2
in the Morning sky in Capricorn

A very peculiar curving
            gas tail now has joined the details of the comets head, seen
            as a faint arc below the dust trail on the right side. I have
            never seen a comet look like this before, comets always surpise
            us!

Moving into an area
            of less IFN, curving gas tail is really unusual. Last chance
            this morning before moon washes it out. Nuclear region so bright
            had to reduce subs to 180s. Dust trail is strongest yet, easy
            to see in subs.
