in the Evening sky in Leo

Comet 29P Schwwassmann - Wachmann 1 is currently having an outburst and is peaking around 11.5th magnitude. Well placed just south of Leo in the evening, this deep exposure reveals a spiral shape to its tail as it outgasses with rotating jets of vapor into space.
