Countless stars and dark nebula fill this image, a stack of two 8 minute exposures on the scarce PJ400 film. Mu Cephi, the garnet star lies at the bottom of the frame, and the central open cluster is Trumpler 37, a rich cluster in a dense Milkyway field. The bright rimmed VDB142 lies on the left quadrant of the nebula, While to the lower left is B367 and B162. The width of the field here is 6.5 degrees.
