Normally, the Planetary Nebula are far too small for the wide field schmidt camera, except for a few large exceptions. This object, is one of the closest planetary nebula to the Earth, and merits deep examination with the Schmidt. Note the small bluish central star, and greenish interior. A large arc of nebulosity from a out gassing in distant times can be seen to the upper left of the nebula as well. You are encouraged to look at the larger images, this shot has some very fine details.
