M68 in Hydra
with 10" f/3.9 Astrograph
Uploaded 12/4/25

Here is an image I took per a request from a magazine for an article they were working on. The globular cluster was low in the south east at 5am, however seeing was great that morning so the image came out fairly well. M68 which is a small globular cluster in Hydra was really too small of a target with the 10 inch, so for this image I cropped the orignal shot to the inner 50%. Blue and gold supergiant stars can be seen in this object along with a few background galaxies.
