Barnard 72 the Snake with Eggs dark nebula

Here is our latest shot of B72 and companion dark nebulas known as the "Snake with Eggs" nebula. The Eggs are B255, B68, B70 and are in a very dust obscured Milky Way field. So obscured was it that all the stars in the original image were yellow or brown, with no blues. Using the Color Correction tool in PI, I was able to restore most star colors, yeilding a more natural appearance.

Technical Data: 10" f/2.8 GSO astrograph, Atik 16200 CCD, 1 hour RGB, Payson Arizona.
