G65.3+5.7 Supernova Remnant in Cygnus 
Emission SNR

This is a large ring
            shaped SNR called G65.3+5.7 which spans roughly 4 degrees in
            size near the star Alberio in Cygnus. The SNR rng is a collection
            of shock fronts glowing with reds and blue/greens from the collision
            with the interstellar medium. The unofficial name of this object
            is the "Little Veil Nebula". At the top we see a bright
            red tuft on the upper left of the ring. This is Sharpless 2-94
            and is in the shape of the letter "A" thus is known
            as the "Scarlet Letter Nebula". At the bottom a bright
            red emission nebula with a dark Bok globule is Sharpless 2-92.
            I thought it was important to put both in one frame for comparison.
