Sharpless 2-129 in Cepheus - The Flying Bat and Squid Nebulas
Emission and planetary nebula
Uploaded 12/12/24
Here is our deepest
shot yet of the Flying Bat nebula Sharpless 2-129 and contained
within the recently discovered Outters 4 planetary nebula recorded
as a spectacular teal color. The IDAS NBZ-2 filter did an incredible
job at separating out the planetary, and it is nearly overexposed
here.
