NGC6910 Open Cluster in Cygnus
with 10" f/3.9 Astrograph
Uploaded 11/21/20

This is perhaps one of the most beautiful open clusters in the Constellation. Add to that the unexpected background hydrogen glow complete with numerous dark nebula, and you have an outstanding imaging target! This 7.4th magnitude splashy open cluster is 7 arc minutes in size and contains over 50 stars. The background nebulosity is some of the outer extensions of IC1318, the bright wash of nebulosity centered on the star Gamma Cygni. That is the bright star just out of the field of view at the bottom.
