M6 and Sharpless 2-12
Emission anc clusters in Scorpius
Uploaded 10/6/24

This incredibly rich field just east of the stinger in Scorpius is dominated by two major objects, M6 the Butterfly cluster on the left and Sharpless 2-12 on the right. A bit of the highly dust reddened milkyway can be seen as well on the lower left. There are half a dozen open clusters in this field and even one globular. Can you find all of them?
