Barnard 150 - The Seahorse Nebula
Dark Nebula with dust in Cepheus
Uploaded 11/20/22
This
very seldom imaged dark nebula in Cepheus is riding high in the
north during cold autumn evenings. Superimposed on a rich colorful
Milky Way field of stars, this tendril of dust is dense and lets
very little light through. The brown-yellow surrounding nebulosity
is less dense dust and is extremely faint by comparison. |
