Amateur Telescope Making The 12.5 inch - Sphere Observatory Configuration Uploaded 12/5/17
 After we moved to Payson, I put the 16" first inside the sphere dome, then finally put the 12.5" inside because of its superior optics. We sold the 16" to an astronomer at the mirror lab at UofA in Tucson. It worked so well as an astrograph that we kept it as our primary instrument for many years.

Riding on the back of the 12.5" Trifid tube is a 6" f/3.6 Cometraker Astrograph. It is still on the original mount I built. The 12.5" f/5 Astrograph Rev 1 - Photographic
