Spiral Galaxy in Lynx

This nearly edge on spiral galaxy in Lynx forms an isoceles triangle with Castor and Pollux in Gemini, and is 10.6 magnitude. Spanning nearly 10 arcmins in size, the deep yellow core which is full of small dust lane details is flanked by white arms, with hints of bluish stellar associations.
