Plotted on most atlases as the small shred of nebulosity between the North America nebula and the Pelican Nebula, this unnamed object is part of a greater mass of hydrogen encompassing both of these objects. It is listed in Megastar as 15x7 arcmins in extent, and is at RA: 20h 53m Dec: +44d 23m. Located between two bright stars of mag 4.1 and 7.0, this object displays the streaky convoluted appearance peculiar to parts of the Pelican Nebula nearby. The name of this object is somwhat nebulous at this point. I have heard it called the "Owl" or "Jawa" informally, but officially it is totally anonymous.
