These sonars are only $4 on Amazon, have a short 2 foot range but work fine for close up local measurements on the robot. Unfortunately there is no standard for housing sonars, so each one will be a different size and hole pattern for different manufacturers!
Red was the obvious color for a chinese sonar for some reason. The housing fits beautifully and mounts with a flat plate and a few screws allowing for a pivot to point.
